Golf Clubhouse Designs
NWdesign strive to create buildings which sit comfortably within their surroundings. This is especially true of two projects with beautiful settings, Garstang Golf Club and Delamere Golf Clubhouse.
The brief for Garstang golf clubhouse included a 32 bedroom hotel, external parking circulation, a groundskeeper’s building and driving range.
Internally, very different forms of construction were employed - the hotel block in timber frame to take advantage of its high insulation, and the club house steel framed and concrete floored in order to contain high sound levels generated when the suite is used for entertainment. Such different construction approaches, have worked very successfully to achieve buildings which are more than fit for purpose. |
