The Old Hall, Sandbach
Refurbishment and extension of a Grade 1 Listed Historic Building
NWdesign were appointed by Brunning and Price Ltd to obtain a planning approval for the refurbishment and extension of this Grade I listed building in the centre of historic Sandbach. The proposal involved conservation work for the existing fabric and the sensitive additions of a new kitchen and sunroom at the rear. Design work was carried out under the watchful eye of English Heritage and a number of architectural design solutions were produced before a satisfactory solution was reached. The restoration of the building has started. It is envisaged that will be open as a pub/restaurant late 2011. |
