Private House, Cornwall
With over 30 years of successful residential design Northwest Design can offer a range of services which foster best practice and excellent design. We aim to achieve the best possible design solution whether it be in the remodelling of an existing dwelling or the construction of a new home.
Initially the existing plot which was developed into private housing near Padstow accommodated a single dwelling. Better use of the land was made by demolishing the existing building and designing two 3 storey houses. The interiors were designed to be modern and contemporary with the exterior being designed to fit into the small Cornish village setting. Both the properties share an entrance and this and the rear of the properties were sympathetically landscaped using local materials. |
