Extra Care Development
Kingsmead, Northwich
NWdesign were appointed as architects for a large development of 60 extra-care apartments in Northwich for Wulvern Housing Association, a successful RSL based in Crewe. The site adjoins the towpath and overlooks the River Weaver. The proposed development comprises 60 lifetime homes standard affordable apartments together with a restaurant/bistro, public lounges, sun terrace, hairdressers/beauty salon and communal gardens. Careful attention has been paid to sustainability and the proposed development has been a designed to achieve Code For Sustainable Homes Level 4. Planning Approval is currently being sought – to: Planning Approval has been granted with site works due to commence in 2012. |
